Anything you share about your health is treated as confidential and used solely to support your coaching. Coaching is educational and is not medical care; this site is not a medical record system, and you should always share health concerns with your healthcare provider.
How it's stored
Information submitted through this site is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to work with you or as required by law. You may ask me at any time to correct or delete your information.
Third-party services
This website is hosted by a third-party provider, and the contact form is processed through that provider's systems. If you choose to order labs or supplements through services such as Fullscript, Ulta Lab Tests, or Function Health, those services have their own privacy policies.
