Your brain, for life

Brain health is about more than memory.

Your brain shapes how you think, feel, work and connect with the people you love. When it's well supported, you notice it: clearer thinking, better focus, a steadier mood, more energy for the day.

The encouraging news is that your brain responds to how you live. Research suggests that nearly half of dementia cases worldwide may be linked to risk factors we can influence — and the same habits that protect against decline also help you feel and function better right now.

I help you understand what's affecting your brain health and build a practical plan to support it, whatever your starting point.

Who I work with

You don't need a diagnosis to care about your brain.

Brain health coaching may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel foggy, scattered or slower than you used to
  • Lose words, names or your train of thought more often
  • Are navigating perimenopause or menopause and noticing changes in focus, sleep or mood
  • Struggle with sleep, stress or energy that leaves you running on empty
  • Have a family history of dementia, or know you carry the ApoE4 gene
  • Are managing blood sugar, blood pressure or other metabolic concerns
  • Want to stay sharp, independent and engaged for decades to come
  • Have noticed memory changes, or been diagnosed with MCI or early Alzheimer's, and want a structured, supported plan

Wherever you are — curious, concerned or already on a protocol — we'll start there.

Root causes, not guesswork

A personalized, science-informed path to a healthier brain.

There's no single pill or brain game that protects cognitive health. What works is understanding your unique picture — your history, labs, genetics, lifestyle and goals — and addressing the factors that matter most for you.

As a Bredesen Protocol® Trained Health Coach, my work is grounded in the Bredesen Protocol®, developed by Dale Bredesen, MD, a leading researcher in aging and neurodegeneration. His work shows that cognitive decline is driven by many contributing factors, not just one.

"Your brain is not broken—it's waiting to be nourished, challenged, and restored."
— Dr. Dale Bredesen, The End of Alzheimer's

Questions, answered

FAQ

Do I need to have memory problems to work with you?

Not at all. Many clients come to me feeling well and simply want to stay that way — or want to fix brain fog, poor sleep or low energy.

Is this only about Alzheimer's prevention?

No. Lowering long-term risk is one benefit, but most people also notice day-to-day improvements in focus, energy, mood and sleep.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

Your plan is personalized. For some people that includes a therapeutic or ketogenic approach; for others, it's simpler changes. We move at a pace that works for you.

Will you work with my doctor?

Yes. I'm happy to coordinate with your healthcare providers, and I can help you prepare questions for your appointments.

Do you work with clients virtually?

Yes — sessions are held online, so we can work together wherever you are.

Is it ever too early or too late to start?

Changes in the brain can begin years before symptoms appear, so earlier is better. But it's never too late to take meaningful steps.
